Qualifications

Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing multiple interior projects from initiation to completion. Your role will involve coordinating internal teams, third-party vendors, and clients to achieve project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless project execution.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and technical feasibility by engaging relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop and track detailed project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct performance analysis and provide regular project updates to management.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff to enhance team productivity.
  • Utilize project management tools for tracking and reporting.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in managing interior projects.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to monitor project progress and resolve issues effectively.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • PMP or PRINCE II certification is a plus.
