We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Project Manager with expertise in contract management for large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex contracts, ensuring compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget. This role requires strategic oversight, exceptional leadership, and deep knowledge of construction project management standards.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end contract management for construction projects, including drafting, negotiation, and execution.
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure alignment with contractual obligations.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders (clients, contractors, suppliers, regulatory bodies) to resolve disputes and ensure project milestones are met.
  • Monitor compliance with legal, safety, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
  • Manage project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and financial records.
  • Mentor junior project management staff and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Job Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience in construction project contract management.
  • Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in contract law, procurement processes, and construction regulations. Advanced knowledge of project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
  • Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities; analytical problem-solving mindset.
