Job Description

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the successful completion of coal mining projects in East Kalimantan. This role requires a strong leader who can manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning and budgeting to execution and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of coal mining projects, ensuring all milestones are met within budget and on time.
• Manage and mentor a cross-functional team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and success.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and local communities.
• Ensure all operations comply with Indonesian mining regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
• Provide regular updates to management on project status, including financial performance, risks, and opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in coal mining project management, with proven experience in leading large-scale operations. Key qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in the coal mining industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a project management role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Deep understanding of mining operations, project management methodologies, and regulatory requirements in Indonesia.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
