Base pay range

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm, develop, and coordinate creative ideas with the marketing and multimedia team to execute both online and offline event marketing strategies.
• Plan, set up, and manage digital ads across multiple platforms (Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
• Lead end-to-end digital marketing activities including SEO/SEM, database marketing, email campaigns, social media, and display advertising.
• Track, measure, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met.
• Research, source speakers/talents, and develop new event or class concepts on a regular basis.
• Plan and manage event timelines, strategies, and schedules.
• Prepare, monitor, and control event budgets.
• Oversee ticket sales, expenses, and revenue for online events.
• Take ownership of event production from preparation to execution.
• Deliver comprehensive post-event reports and evaluations.
• Support overall marketing and advertising strategies to boost brand and event success.

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing: social media, SEO, display advertising, and paid media platforms.
• Passionate about creating impactful experiences that add value to the audience and always looking for new ways to improve.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills across different departments (marketing, content, design).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Prior experience in event management and/or as an MC is a strong plus.
• Open to being based in Cipondoh.
