Project Manager (Bali-Based, Remote Work)
Impack Studios is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager based in Bali to lead and coordinate creative production projects. You'll play a key role in ensuring seamless collaboration between clients, creatives, and production teams while keeping projects on track and aligned with creative goals.
Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication, smooth handoffs, and alignment on expectations
Plan and manage production timelines, shoot logistics, and project schedules across multiple creative campaigns
Support the creative process by organizing briefs, tracking revisions, and helping guide the overall project direction
Coordinate cross-functional teams, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines are met
Provide regular updates on timelines, deliverables, and challenges to leadership
Use tools like Notion and other platforms to manage workflows, track progress, and ensure smooth execution
Conduct project-related research and contribute ideas that support creative outcomes
1–2 years of experience in project management, ideally in a creative agency or production environment
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
A team player who can also work independently and take initiative
Confident in communicating with professionals at all levels
Creative thinker with a solutions-oriented mindset
Comfortable appearing on camera when needed
Conversational Chinese
Familiarity with tools like Notion, Trello, or similar project management platforms
Basic video editing experience
