POSITION SUMMARY

Coordinate small projects involving maintenance and repair of building structures and grounds. Oversee activities related to facility systems such as boilers, pumps, HVAC, plumbing, water and sewage, EMS, security, and other components. Ensure availability and proper use of service manuals, technical manuals, and blueprints during maintenance and repairs. Supervise shift or departmental operations, providing guidance and training to staff. Communicate effectively with managers, peers, and other departments.

Follow all safety, security, and company policies; report hazards, accidents, or injuries; and complete required safety training. Maintain a professional appearance and confidentiality. Provide excellent guest service, addressing needs and assisting individuals with disabilities. Communicate clearly and professionally, develop positive relationships, and respond appropriately to concerns.

Physical requirements include reaching, bending, twisting, lifting (up to 50 pounds without assistance, over 100 pounds with assistance), moving on stairs or ramps, and standing or walking for extended periods. Perform other duties as assigned.
