Key Responsibilities- Define project goals, scope, and timeline. Develop a roadmap and break down tasks into manageable milestones
- Allocate and optimize personnel, budget, and materials efficiently. Ensure team members have what they need to succeed
- Proactively identify potential risks early and create mitigation strategies to prevent delays or failures
- Act as the bridge between stakeholders, clients, and teams. Keep everyone aligned and informed
- Track project progress, adjust plans as necessary, and ensure deadlines are met
- Address challenges that arise during the project and implement solutions effectively
- Ensure all deliverables meet required standards, client expectations and business needs
- Provide regular project updates, reports, and insights on project status for transparency and accountability
Job Qualifications- Proven experience (typically 3–7 years) in campaign and marketing management.
Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional operations or projects.
Prior experience managing partnerships or B2B collaborations to drive revenue growth - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing analytics tools, andmarketing automation tools
- Ability to plan, execute, and measure multi-channel campaigns (digital, offline, social, etc.)
- Strong grasp of brand strategy, market analysis, customer segmentation, and marketing ROI
- Experience improving processes and workflows
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to build, manage, and grow partnerships
