About the role

As a Project Manager at PT Citraraya Nusatama (DHealth), you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of complex technology projects. Reporting to the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, from planning and resource allocation to stakeholder management and risk mitigation. This is a full-time position based in Bandung, West Java.

Responsibilities

• Define and document detailed functional business requirements
• Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets and resources to ensure successful delivery of project objectives
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers and business stakeholders, to drive project progress
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans and schedules, using industry-standard methodologies and tools
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks include potential solutions, and communicate status updates to stakeholders
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
• Maintain and support to client includes technical advice, creating reports, data analysis and correction
• Act as strategic partner with client
• Manage the Implementation Process
• Lead meetings for sharing concerns, resolving issues and deciding on schedules
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the technology or IT industry
• Demonstrable expertise in project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum and Jira
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Able to communicate complex business or technical information effectively
• Having excellent interpersonal and teamwork skill
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Strong analytical skills and having the drive to be well-organized
• Familiar with project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project or Jira
• Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Information Technology or a related field
• Having knowledge of the Hospital Information System is a plus
