Project Manager

(Based at Bandung Indonesia)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute project plans, including defining timelines, allocating resources, tracking progress, and managing risks to ensure successful completion
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive seamless project execution and alignment with business objectives
• Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement contingency plans to minimize project disruptions
• Manage project budgets and expenditures, ensuring cost control and adherence to financial targets
• Oversee external contractors, vendors, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth project delivery
• Prepare and deliver project presentations, reports, and updates to key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project status and objectives
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
• At least 5 years’ experience managing large-scale facility or infrastructure projects
• PMI certification (e.g., PMP and PMI-ACP) with demonstrated expertise in project management is preferred
• Strong Knowledge of local regulations, workplace safety, and compliance standards
• AutoCAD proficiency and ability to interpret technical drawings
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is mandatory
