A prominent event management company based in Jakarta Utara is seeking a detail-oriented Event Coordinator to manage the RSVP process and ensure guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Coordinate the RSVP process for client events.
Monitor RSVP progress and ensure guests are responding in a timely manner.
Reply to guest messages and inquiries professionally and promptly.
Schedule and assign the appropriate team members for event day registration and support.
Maintain clear and professional communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction throughout the event process.
Job Requirements:
Minimum S1 Degree, Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheet.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
Willing to work on weekend / holiday
Previous experience in event management, customer service, or project management is a plus.
