Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of cloud projects at PT. Astra Graphia Information Technology. This role involves managing project scope, timelines, resources, and risks to ensure successful delivery within quality and schedule targets. As the main liaison between customers, cloud providers, vendors, and internal teams, you will drive communication, manage expectations, and uphold governance, compliance, and security standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead cloud project delivery following company methodologies, managing plans, scope, timelines, and milestones.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, cloud service providers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Manage project risks, change requests, escalations, and ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and security standards.
• Coordinate resource allocation, budget control, and collaborate with Head of Delivery for forecasting and deployment plans.
• Facilitate technical discussions by collaborating with technical teams and understanding high-level cloud architecture.
• Oversee cloud migration, disaster recovery, security baseline, application modernization, and AI platform deployment projects.
• Ensure smooth project cutover, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live with minimal risk.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, backup solutions, databases, identity and access management (IAM), networking, disaster recovery, and security baselines.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships and communicate effectively across diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in project management methodologies, with certifications such as PMP, ITIL Foundation, Agile Scrum Master, or Cloud Hyperscaler Certification (minimum associate level) preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams and lead complex cloud-based projects.
