A leading pharmaceutical company in Indonesia is seeking a Project Manager to lead and oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects. The ideal candidate has 5-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, strong project management skills, and proficiency in project management software. This role involves managing timelines, budgets, stakeholder communication, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Project Manager
Oversee and lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of the Project from detail design until commercial production in Q4 2029, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives while managing resources, timelines, and budgets.
Accountabilities
• Determine and define project scope and objectives.
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources effectively and efficiently.
• Prepare a budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements, and Track project costs to meet the budget.
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
• Provide project updates consistently and in a timely manner to various stakeholders including the Steering Committee, Project team members, and other related stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
• Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
• Utilize the industry’s best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution, monitor progress, and make adjustments as needed
• Manage deadlines, ensure team members meet the timeline, and encourage team members.
• Negotiate with design companies, general contractors, and equipment manufacturers
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
• Contribute to a continuous improvement program to ensure all the operations continuously improve on time.
• Responsible for all project activities comply with EHS (environment, health, and safety) Policy, Company compliance, and government regulations
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical/electrical/ civil
Experience Requirements
• 5-10 years at the project manager level preferably doing Greenfield Project and Brownfield Projects in Pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical process and business
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools (AutoCAD, MS Project, and SharePoint)
• Having Certification in Project Management Institute (PMBOK)
• Excellent knowledge and technicality of Construction management
• Good analytical skills
• Having a good interpersonal skills
• Good command of computer (Ms. Office)
• Good English skills both oral & written
