What you will do :

• Develop and execute detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams.
• Lead the execution of new outlet openings and the rollout of new lifestyle-based concepts.
• Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and reporting.
• Prepare regular project progress reports for management.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising quality.
• Ensure project delivery meets defined objectives, quality standards, and deadlines.

What you need :

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field with minimum GPA 3.00.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the F&B, retail, or hospitality industry.
• Willing to travel to project sites when necessary.
• Strong understanding of F&B outlet development processes, from site survey and design to construction and operations.
• Product knowledge, market knowledge, creativity, results-driven attitude, negotiation skills.
