PT Star Skykom Indonesia is a company specialized in telecommunications, construction and building renovation. Located in Neo Soho, West Jakarta.

Qualifications & Experiences

Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related field;

Maximum age 40 years old;

Proven working experience as Project Manager for civil, construction and interior project or related field, minimum 3 years;

Strong written and verbal communication skills;

Able to speak in English is a MUST. Able to speaking in Mandarin is a plus;

Proficient in office software, CAD or other design software;

Willing to have a business trip.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the project that given;

Ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards;

Collaborate with various stakeholders such as: clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams, to ensure successful project execution;

Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation plans;

Communicate project progress, changes, and issues effectively;

Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, equipment, and able to make a Quotation for client;

Supervise all phases of the project from start to finish
