WHAT IS ON OFFER

Alfred H Knight has an exciting opportunity through its Indonesia entity, PT AHK Testing Indonesia, who is looking for an Infrastructure Project Manager to join our team based in Jakarta. PT AHK Testing Indonesia provides independent analysis and inspection services to the metals, minerals and solid fuels industries. We have a well-earned reputation for our knowledge and professionalism in all aspects of weighing, sampling and analysis.

You will assist in planning, directing and coordinating activities to track, manage and implement multiple projects from initiation to the final operational stage, taking responsibility for the whole project life-cycle, across the AHK Group.

You will be accountable for leading project teams in determining requirements and translating those requirements into operational plans. Responsible for developing project control and reporting updates including the assessment and management of project risks, issues and dependencies. Leads on change management for their projects, linking in with a number of different staff and stakeholder groups.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND WORK EXPERIENCE

Essential

  • Strong track record in project delivery
  • Able to deliver as an independent contributor
  • Highly organized
  • Ability to multitask and time manage several workstreams
  • Knowledge of budgeting and reporting
  • Excellent administration skills and strong attention to detail
  • A team player but able to work from own initiative
  • Ability to delegate
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)

  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office with a good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to handle confidential information with care


Required Competencies

  • Project Management Expertise: Proven ability to define project scopes, develop detailed plans, allocate resources, and execute projects within time, budget, and quality constraints
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to assess risks, evaluate project outcomes, and provide solutions for continuous improvement


Required Work Experience

  • At least 2 years' experience within a similar role


Required Qualifications

  • Degree level or equivalent in construction project management or engineering
  • Driving licence


Travel / Rotation Requirements

  • Travel to project locations on a regular basis
  • Travel Internationally depending on project scope
