Project Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Handle and manage projects until deployment.
2. Influence stakeholders to support business projects.
3. Assist with project management for selected projects.
4. Coordinate with different departmental teams to produce better business outcomes.
5. Test business processes and recommend improvements.
6. Convert roadmap features into smaller user stories.
7. Write clear and well-structured business requirements/documents.
8. Identify automation opportunities.
9. Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to understand business performance.
10. Analyze process issues and bottlenecks and make improvements.
11. Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders.
12. Develop and maintain reporting tools.
13. Perform data discovery, analysis, and modeling.
14. Collaborate with the product manager on roadmap planning and prioritization.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in any related field.
2. Minimum 3 - 4 years experience as a Project Manager, Technical Analyst, or similar role in mobile/digital project implementation.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Able to illustrate process/design into flowcharts, use case diagrams, and sequence diagrams for presentation.
5. Experience in design document and integration specification creation.
6. Experience in agile implementation for digital projects.
7. Banking project experience is a must.
