We are seeking a senior professional with curiosity for identifying and developing opportunities with existing and new clients, aiming for growth aligned with market expansion strategies in the following sectors:

Responsibilities:

• To act as a management team member, responsible for the growth, profitability, and sustainability of the business through leadership, new business development, client management, and service delivery.
• Provide strategic advice during project conception, including approaches to achieve the client's objectives.
• Establish success criteria for projects, including time, cost, technical, and performance parameters.
• Plan and manage quality, safety, health, and environmental issues.
• Establish effective project governance, processes, and systems.
• Develop detailed project plans.
• Serve as the Commission Manager, overseeing end-to-end service delivery for projects of varying size and complexity.
• Develop priority plans, including risk mitigation and performance measurements.
• Manage project activities, ensuring effective communication, analysis, and cost management with clients and consultants.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Master’s in Project Management preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction and project management, including international PCM experience in large-scale civil projects.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
• Knowledge of PSM (Process Safety Management).
• Certification in POM (Pengawas Operasional Madya) by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources for mining sector is preferred.
• SKA Ahli Utama Manajemen Proyek (Expertise Certificate in Project Management - Advanced) preferred.
