Job description

Set project goals and develop plans to meet those goals

Maintain project timeframes, delivery estimates, and status reports

Manage on-site resources required to complete projects properly, such as computer equipments, and employees

Coordinate project team members and develop schedules and individual responsibilities

Implement IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget

Utilize project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence

Conduct risk assessments for projects periodically to ensure projects are running smoothly and efficiently

Organize meetings to discuss project goals and progress periodically

Required Skills:

4+ years of work experience, managing / leading a team to develop secure and scalable web applications and APIs

Familiarity with various programming languages and frameworks for developing web applications and APIs

Project management and leadership skills for managing projects and the teams involved with them

Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and management and explain technical issues

Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle any issues that occur during project completion

Organization and time management skills to keep projects on track and within budget

Excellent resource planning and task scheduling skills

Proficient in using project management tools

Willing to work in PIK 2 (Full WFO)
