Support the implementation of 360Studio projects for insurance clients, coordinating with IT teams to deploy no-code solutions that include smart forms, business logic, payment gateways, automated PDF delivery, and agent-specific landing pages. Assist in ensuring projects meet client needs, timelines, and OJK compliance requirements.

Eager to learn about no-code platforms and insurance technology, even if you’re new to these areas.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with cross-functional IT teams.
Interested in helping insurance agents in urban and rural Indonesia deliver seamless digital experiences.
Requirements:
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field is preferred but not compulsory for candidates with relevant experience.
1-2 years of experience managing IT projects (e.g., software implementation, system integration).
Basic understanding of IT project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is a plus.
Experience with no-code platforms (e.g., Bubble, Webflow) or insurance workflows is an advantage but not mandatory.
Passion for technology-driven solutions in the insurance sector.
