Project Manager

Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

1. Lead the planning and implementation of projects.
2. Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.
3. Define project tasks and resource requirements.
4. Assemble and coordinate project staff.
5. Manage project resource allocation.
6. Plan and schedule project timelines.
7. Provide direction and support to the project team.
8. Ensure quality assurance.
9. Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
10. Present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions.
11. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
12. Conduct project evaluations and assess results.

Qualifications and Experience

1. Qualification in project management or equivalent.
2. Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management.
3. Knowledge of project management techniques and tools.
4. Proven experience in strategic planning.
5. Proven experience in risk management.
6. Proven experience in change management.
7. Proficient in project management software.
