We have established long-term partnerships with leading mining operators in Indonesia, particularly in Balikpapan, to optimize operations and safety systems using Hexagon FMS and Safety solutions.

The Position:

Reporting to the Customer Solution Manager, as a Project Manager you will be the client representative for such contracts, overseeing the delivery of our solutions from conceptual support through project implementation to final handover. You will define, scope, and develop project plans to reach key milestones.

This role involves working cross-functionally and leading multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives and deliverables meet timelines and commercial commitments. Additionally, as our client Project Manager, you will manage multiple sub-projects within the broader project portfolio.

Roster

This position offers a hybrid work arrangement between site, office, and home. There will be a rotation between Balikpapan and the site, ranging from 4 weeks on/2 weeks off or 2 weeks on/2 weeks off, depending on assignment and discussed during the process.

About You

We seek an experienced Project Manager with a background in mining operational technology projects, eager to expand their skills within a diverse and rapidly growing global company.

Your technical expertise in project management, combined with strong customer service and interpersonal skills, will enable you to lead our significant development efforts in the APAC region. Key skills and attributes include:

• Experience in mining operations, ideally within Fleet Management System Technology and Safety systems.
• Proven success in delivering medium to large-scale projects from conception to implementation.
• Ability to build cohesive relationships across diverse customer and stakeholder groups.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa.
• Valid Competency Certificate for Mining Operational Supervisor (Pengawas Operasional Utama - POM) from BNSP.
