Job description

Assist in monitoring store financial performance through accurate data entry and timely reporting.

Support the preparation of budgeting and forecasting documents under supervision.

Collect and organize key business data to help identify cost-saving opportunities.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure financial information is complete and accurate.

Help maintain and update reports and dashboards for management use.

Collaborate with store operations teams across all outlets to gather performance insights and operational challenges.

Support the implementation and tracking of strategic initiatives aimed at improving store efficiency and customer experience.

Assist in evaluating store-level KPIs and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Participate in cross-functional projects related to store operations, including process optimization and cost control.

Provide administrative and analytical support for operational reviews and strategic planning sessions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any majors with min. 3-5 years of experience in Retail Industry or related field.

Strong understanding of project management, divisional performance evaluation, sales performance analysis.

Basic understanding of budgeting, reporting, and financial processes.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with financial or data analysis tools is a plus.

Good attention to detail, analytical thinking, time management, and good drive.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Fluent in English, both written or verbal.

Willing to be based in our Head Office – Karawaci, Tangerang.
