Job Description
- Lead the planning and implementation of the external project, coordinating with all relevant stakeholders both internal and external.
- Communicate with the team and stakeholders about the project status, changes, and critical issues.
- Prepare required documentation for external parties and liaise with partners to understand their quality requirements as part of onboarding and QA processes with external partners.
- Understand and interpret the relevant regulatory requirements for the project, and advise the implementation of necessary regulations.
- Work with the team to address any quality issues that may arise.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure everyone is aligned on project goals and requirements.
- Familiar in analyzing data, and giving recommendations based on it.
- Having key insight into the need of credit product and fintech for Indonesian market would be preferred.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in similar position
- Understanding of regulatory requirements is a plus
- Proficient understanding of fintech business in Indonesia
- Individual Contributor as well an excellent team player
- Strong interpersonal skill with the ability to provide critical thinking and reasoning under duress
- Have a good communication skills, detail oriented, analytical mindset, time management, and planning
- Fluent in English will be preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
