Job Description

• Lead the planning and implementation of the external project, coordinating with all relevant stakeholders both internal and external.
• Communicate with the team and stakeholders about the project status, changes, and critical issues.
• Prepare required documentation for external parties and liaise with partners to understand their quality requirements as part of onboarding and QA processes with external partners.
• Understand and interpret the relevant regulatory requirements for the project, and advise the implementation of necessary regulations.
• Work with the team to address any quality issues that may arise.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure everyone is aligned on project goals and requirements.
• Familiar in analyzing data, and giving recommendations based on it.
• Having key insight into the need of credit product and fintech for Indonesian market would be preferred.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in similar position
• Understanding of regulatory requirements is a plus
• Proficient understanding of fintech business in Indonesia
• Individual Contributor as well an excellent team player
• Strong interpersonal skill with the ability to provide critical thinking and reasoning under duress
• Have a good communication skills, detail oriented, analytical mindset, time management, and planning
• Fluent in English will be preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
