Job Description
Regularly review existing warehouse processes to identify potential areas for improvement.
Work closely with senior team members to assist in the drafting and updating of standard operating procedures.
Support in the organization and maintenance of document repositories, ensuring documents are stored in an easily accessible manner.
Work with team members to update records and documentation regularly.
Participate in routine document audits to check for accuracy and completeness.
Attend team meetings to stay informed about ongoing warehouse projects and initiatives.
Contribute insights and observations related to process improvements.
Assist in facilitating communication between warehouse operations and other departments.
Collaborate with team members on small-scale continuous improvement projects.
Assist in gathering data, analyzing trends, and proposing minor process changes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Strong background and passion for Warehouse Project and Facility Management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint).
Good communication skills are required to liaise with all levels of stakeholders.
Willing to be placed in Bogor.
