Job Description

  • Regularly review existing warehouse processes to identify potential areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with senior team members to assist in the drafting and updating of standard operating procedures.
  • Support in the organization and maintenance of document repositories, ensuring documents are stored in an easily accessible manner.
  • Work with team members to update records and documentation regularly.
  • Participate in routine document audits to check for accuracy and completeness.
  • Attend team meetings to stay informed about ongoing warehouse projects and initiatives.
  • Contribute insights and observations related to process improvements.
  • Assist in facilitating communication between warehouse operations and other departments.
  • Collaborate with team members on small-scale continuous improvement projects.
  • Assist in gathering data, analyzing trends, and proposing minor process changes.
Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong background and passion for Warehouse Project and Facility Management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint).
  • Good communication skills are required to liaise with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Willing to be placed in Bogor.
