Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in water infrastructure, utilities or pipeline projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of primary & secondary water distribution systems.
- Excellent project management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of construction standards, safety regulations, and permitting processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with contractors, consultants, and government stakeholders.
- Willing to be assigned to any project location as needed.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Lead, control, and manage the construction of primary and secondary transmission pipelines.
- Oversee design, procurement, and execution of large-scale water network projects.
- Ensure project implementation meets technical specifications, BoQ and approved designs.
- Coordinate with government authorities regarding permits and right-of-way clearances.
- Monitor contractor performance, safety compliance, and construction progress.
- Conduct risk assessment and propose mitigation strategies for potential project issues.
- Report project status, cost control and timeline achievement to management.
