Job description

Location : Jakarta

Responsibilities :

Achievement of project operation targets:

• Execute the Manage Carrier Business Finance process, assist the PM in releasing the DR1/DR2 budgets for delivery projects, and take responsibility for routine forecasting and operational reviews as well as project final accounting at DR4 upon project closure.

• Manage project accounting data, understand project reporting data, and provide project financial reports in a timely and accurate manner.

• Manage project revenue, cost and expense, inventory, and AR. Monitor the health status of each item through forecasting.

• Manage project risks and assumptions, and track project budget and rolling forecast execution to effectively manage project operation risks.

• Promote and implement corporate financial policies and processes and provide relevant training to ensure that project teams comply with laws and regulations during project operations.

• Standardize project team operations so that they are compliant with laws and regulations. Effectively manage external compliance risks relating to taxation, funds, audits, and fines.

• Act as the financial partner of project teams and cooperate with the project manager to resolve project financial issues.

• Act as the financial partner of project teams and help solve problems relating to cash advance management, reimbursement, supplier payment, and money advanced to support the operations of project teams. .

Qualifications:

· Bachelor Degree or above in economic, finance, finance management, international trading or related major.

· Understand basic financial knowledge such as budgeting and forecasting, operation analysis, and cost management; sensitive to data and strong logical thinking; strong communication skills; service and supervision awareness.

· Microsoft Excel proficiency / ERP or accounting system

· Strong data analytics and processing capabilities; English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) proficient enough as a working language.

· Professional knowledge : Master the financial knowledge of delivery projects. Understand the basics of relevant products, delivery, and business models, and be able to apply them in work. Understand basic financial knowledge such as budgeting and forecasting, operation analysis, and cost management; sensitive to data and strong logical thinking; strong communication skills; service and supervision awareness
