Subur Fashion Center (CV Subur Toserba) is seeking a Business Development (Project Expansion) Staff to drive growth through site searches, feasibility studies, negotiations, and branch openings. This role focuses on market analysis, growth strategies, and operational improvements.

You will coordinate with location owners, contractors, consultants, vendors and internal teams, developing timelines and monitoring progress.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
1-2 years in project management; fresh graduates with internships welcomed.
Strong business analysis, development, negotiation and growth strategy capabilities.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Conduct business analysis and design growth strategies.
Perform location search and feasibility studies for expansion.
Negotiate with potential partners and location owners.
Increase operational efficiency and support branch opening processes.
Develop project timelines and monitor progress.
Identify obstacles and address them during implementation.
Coordinate with location owners, contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
Manage building or renovation projects for stores/branches ensuring target timeline, cost and quality.
