Job Description

• Planning, coordinating, analyzing, and reviewing the scope of work of various projects.
• Working closely with Engineers and related stakeholders in the field to manage paperwork, change orders, contractors, timelines, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
• Preparing project proposals, including reviewing requests, obtaining quotes, and estimating spending.
• Leading regular project reviews to monitor timelines, deadlines, and requirements.
• Acting as the single point of contact for ordering materials and equipment.
• Preparing routine project reports for BU, Regional leadership, and relevant stakeholders (weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly).
• Controlling and monitoring project costs from the engineering side.
• Building rituals and routines with the Plant Maintenance Team to understand issues and provide technical solutions to improve maintenance performance and cost-saving initiatives.
• Establishing regular meetings with Plant Managers to develop an effective Maintenance organization structure.
