Project Engineering Manager (Mandarin speaker)

Established in 2023 at Jakarta, PT Delonix Group Indonesia is a subsidiary company of Delonix Group - China. Delonix Group is a global investment and tourism group, which its core business mainly focuses on offline consumer sectors such as hotels, restaurants, and airport lounges. The group's investment portfolio includes over 1,600 managed and contracted hotels, spread across major tourist and business centers worldwide, with a total of over 245,000 rooms.

Job Descriptions :

1. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, timelines, and quality.
2. Manage project resources, including people, equipment, and materials.
3. Monitor project budgets and ensure that costs are kept under control.
4. Maintain project documentation, including project plans, reports, and other documents as necessary.
5. Provide regular updates on project progress and facilitate communication between all parties involved in the project.
6. Identify and manage potential project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate these risks.
7. Ensure that the project meets agreed quality standards and that all deliverables are of a high quality.
8. Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop strategies and achieve project targets.

Requirements :

1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Engineering or related field.
2. Fluent in English and Mandarin (must).
3. Minimum 5 years experience in decoration and renovation projects (preferably in hotel projects).
4. Minimum completed 3 engineering projects.
5. Have good working knowledge of technical and professional standards of civil, carpentry, painting, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and decoration.
6. Proficient in using MS Office, CAD, and other project management software.
7. Excellent communication, team coordination, and organizational skills.
8. Ability to manage projects of varying levels of complexity.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
10. Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
11. Positive attitude, integrity, efficiency, team-work, discipline, and adaptable.
