Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain integrated project plans, including master plan, human resource plan, MOS plan, and subcontractor resource plan.
  2. Ensure that execution planning at the project level is approved by both the project team and the client, and is effectively followed during project execution.
  3. Define Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) for the project.
  4. Establish cost control breakdown and systems for cost reporting and analysis.
  5. Prepare independent evaluations of project status based on report interpretation and team experience.
  6. Manage long-term inventory, including tracking and pushing for inventory offsets.
  7. Coordinate project closing activities, including resolving pending issues and closing projects as scheduled.
  8. Develop and update the project schedule, interfacing with the project team and task managers to define scope, update schedules, and identify variances.
  9. Analyze project schedule progress and performance, identifying potential issues.
  10. Prepare indicative project schedules to support proposals.
  11. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
  12. Identify issues affecting project execution and consult with the project manager and team.
  13. Participate in key risk management discussions related to the project.
  14. Report project status internally and to clients, including reporting to the Project Director to meet KPIs.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, IT, Engineering, or related fields.
  2. Fresh graduates or minimum 1 year of experience.
  3. Fluent in English and Chinese preferred.
  4. PMP certification is an advantage.
  5. Basic knowledge of telecommunications, IT, or engineering.
  6. Understanding of project management processes such as planning and execution.
  7. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  8. Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and communication skills to interact at various levels.
