Project Engineer - Senior Engineer

Minimum Requirements

• University degree or equivalent in engineering or equivalent experience with professional registration in local jurisdiction.
• Professional registration in local jurisdiction; Certified Project Management Professional by a globally recognized project management organization (IPMA, APM, PMI, AIPM).
• Typically 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry, and 4 years of experience as Senior Project Engineer.
• In depth experience and knowledge of project engineering of subsea system (subsea, umbilical, riser, flowline) in deepwater project for any project phases (tender, design, construction, testing, and installation).
• Has experience in FEED; Multi-Cultural / Multi-National environments.
• Has capability to support and coordinate trouble shooting solution in engineering and project execution for subsea equipment.
• Able to define the project execution plan for the project.
• Has capability on safety in design of the facilities compliant with the company policies and international standards & regulations.
• Has experience in overall coordination and consistency of project activities: coordination of interfaces, overall control and support of project schedule and project costs, preparation of budget.
• Has experience to prepare close-out report and lesson learnt sessions for all work executed in project.
• Has capability to coordinates with Company and other entities of the project.
• Has experience to ensures accurate reporting of activities.
• Able to maintains good relationship with internal and external parties.
• Able to support and mentor less experienced team members.
• To have Indonesia passport.
