Job summary

PT IBMC Business Group seeks a Project Engineer (Real Estate / Villa Development) to manage day-to-day technical and construction activities on-site in Lombok. You will coordinate supervisors, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure villa construction aligns with designs, budget, and schedule.

Requirements include a Civil Engineering-based degree and 2–5 years in site supervision or project engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of hands-on site supervision or project engineering.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams on real estate projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and drawings.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, MS Project and Excel.
• Good English communication; able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site construction activities with supervisors and subcontractors.
• Translate drawings and specifications into actionable work plans.
• Link Project Manager with field operations and report progress.
• Monitor schedules, milestones, and mitigate delays.
• Support cost tracking, material usage, and resource allocation.
• Conduct field inspections and ensure safety and quality standards.
