Duties & Responsibilities:
- Site preparation and co-ordination, preparation of submission documents.
- Coordinate, liaise and manage various project stakeholders including customers, consultants, sub-contractors, vendors, etc. on site to ensure project requirements are met.
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation for mechanical systems.
- Conduct site visits to monitor the installation and progress of mechanical systems.
- Able to communicate effective to all stakeholders.
- Prepare and create detail work schedule, manpower and resource planning.
- Select appropriate materials and equipment for mechanical systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during design, construction, and commissioning phases.
- Able to understand Engineering drawings and perform basic engineering calculations, design, etc.
- Coordinate the safety management system on site.
- Ensure all mechanical systems comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Follow up and reporting on the project progress.
- All other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by reporting manager.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Recognized Diploma or Degree in related field of studies.
- Possess 3 to 5 years relevant experience in the local Construction Engineering industry. Including manufacturing plant construction, Data Centre fit-out works, etc.
- Outgoing with strong interpersonal and effective communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and target oriented in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to interact effectively with Clients, Consultants, project members and managers at all levels.
- The candidate must be Indonesian.
- Able to communicate in English
