About the role

As a Project Engineer at PT Petrosea Tbk, you will be responsible for delivering engineering projects in the mining and construction industry at our Tembagapura, Central Papua site. This is a full-time role involving the management of all aspects of engineering projects—from design and planning to implementation and handover—while ensuring the successful delivery of results to our clients.

What you'll be doing

• Develop detailed project plans and schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery of engineering projects
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise
• Ensure projects comply with relevant engineering standards, regulations, and safety requirements
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams, contributing to the overall success of the project
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering from a reputable university
• Minimum 1 year of working experience as a mine plan engineer
• POP certification is preferred
• Good technical knowledge and operational safety at site
• Demonstrate professionalism, good communication skills, integrity, and ability to work independently
• Proficient in the use of mine plan software
• Have SIM-A (Indonesian Driving License)
