Project Engineer

To support our ongoing 13-hectare project development in Bogor and high-rise building project in Tangerang, we are currently seeking a talented and experienced professional to join our team as a:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage all aspects of pre-construction and construction activities, ensuring execution aligns with plans, schedules, and budgets.
2. Collaborate with appointed consultants to deliver optimal designs and systems with a focus on cost efficiency.
3. Conduct Design Review, Value Engineering, Site Inspection, and implement Quality Control Procedures.
4. Review detailed engineering drawings for construction and address multidisciplinary concerns.
5. Lead and participate in the tender process and evaluation to select the best contractors/suppliers.
6. Monitor and control construction activities to ensure the best methods are implemented and deliver results as planned.
7. Manage and monitor Variation Orders, ensuring all changes stay within the approved budget.
8. Ensure all utilities, equipment, and systems pass testing and commissioning procedures and are fully functional.

Requirements:

1. Maximum 45 years old, with a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering from a reputable university.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience as a Site/Project Engineer, with a proven track record in mixed-use and/or high-rise building projects.
3. Preferably has experience as a Project Engineer in Property Development companies or PM-CM consultancy firms.
4. Proficient in design and engineering for both Structure-Architecture (SA) and Mechanical-Electrical (ME) disciplines.
5. Strong understanding of project cost estimates/budgets related to respective disciplines.
6. Proficient in AutoCAD, ETABS, Microsoft Office, with strong skills in presentation and reporting.
7. Good command of written and spoken English.
8. Demonstrates honesty, integrity, and strong interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels.
9. Well-organized, disciplined, hardworking, and flexible with working hours.
10. Proactive, a strong team player, and capable of multitasking effectively.
