Job Description:

• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans with timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets for injection molding projects.
• Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with design engineers, manufacturing teams, and quality control.
• Risk Management: Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports.
• CRM Management: Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Strategic Planning: Manage projects considering risk and resource management.

Requirements:

• University degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Chinese or Korean is a plus.
• 8-10+ years of experience as a Project Developer or Project Manager, preferably in the sports or manufacturing industry.
• Basic understanding of injection molding processes, tooling, and plastics.
• Excellent project management skills; PMP or similar certification required.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Smartsheet).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
