Dalam posisi ini, Anda akan bertanggung jawab untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan desain dari daftar pesanan kerja, melakukan survei lapangan, dan berkolaborasi dengan konsultan serta pemasok. Anda akan memiliki kesempatan untuk bekerja secara mandiri dan sebagai bagian dari tim, serta berkontribusi dalam proyek desain yang menarik di lokasi strategis. Qualifications

• Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman kerja di bidang terkait.
• Kemampuan komunikasi dan kolaborasi yang sangat baik.

Responsibilities

• Melakukan survei lapangan setelah menerima desain pesanan kerja.
• Membuat laporan harian dan status setiap pekerjaan desain.

Job description

Complete design work from the work order list.

Conduct an on-site survey after receiving the work order design (field measurement, checking the required materials, and browsing related to the work given).

Minimize revisions to the work order list design.

Conduct a follow-up on the design that has been submitted to the User who gave the work order.

Meeting with Consultants or Suppliers.

Follow up on the design progress from the Consultant starting from the technical meeting, on-site survey, design progress, design revision to the kick-off meeting of the work.

Make a daily report (daily to do list) and the status of each design job.

Job Requirements:

Min. Bachelor Degree in Architecture/Interior Design from reputable University.

Must have minimum 2 year of working experience in related field.

Proficient in AutoCAD 2D, SketchUp, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, 3D-Max, Rendering and other 3D Program.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Able to communicate effectively in English.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Would be placed in Central Park Mall and Neo SOHO Jakarta.
