Job description

Diploma or higher in Telecommunications, Engineering Management, or a related field is preferred.

Highly responsible, proactive, and able to work effectively under pressure.

Willing to travel and work on-site as required.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project for scheduling and reporting.

Candidates with experience in TA, Telkom, or Telkomsel, and those with strong customer relationship skills, will be given priority.

Good command of English, both spoken and written.

Job Responsibilities

• Improve and streamline the processes related to permits, BA surveys, and DRM approvals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at both Witel and Regional levels to ensure effective communication and timely issue resolution.
• Manage and supervise subcontractors to ensure proper reporting and coordination discipline.
• Analyze work-related issues, identify potential risks, and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure quality control during OLT installation, commissioning, and integration processes.
• Oversee and monitor projects from initiation to completion.
