World Vision Korea, in partnership with Wahana Visi Indonesia, has developed the Mangrove Adaptive and Resilient Village for Enhanced Livelihoods by Adopting Sustainable and Environmentally Friendly Aquaculture (MARVEL SEA) program. This initiative focuses on mangrove ecosystem rehabilitation and livelihood improvement in two villages with active land and abandoned ponds. The Project Coordinator will oversee the overall implementation of the project, directly engaging in community development activities such as community engagement, capacity building, mangrove-related interventions, and preparations for entering the Voluntary Carbon Market.
Minimum Professional Experience: At least 3 years in community development programs or mangrove interventions at the community level.
Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Forestry, Fisheries, Social Science, Development Planning, or relevant fields.
