Job description

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising of our development projects. This role ensures the design vision is accurately implemented, aligns with project timelines and budgets, and meets our standards of quality and innovation.

Key Tasks:

  1. Collaborate with internal teams, architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery of interior design components.
  2. Serve as the point of contact among project teams (PM/CM, architects, contractors) and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and prompt resolution of issues.
  3. Review and interpret interior design plans, materials, finishes, and shop drawings to ensure alignment with design intent.
  4. Manage procurement of interior materials, furnishings, and accessories in accordance with budget and design standards.
  5. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and work schedules related to interior scope.
  6. Conduct regular site visits to oversee installation progress, quality control, and resolve on-site issues.
  7. Ensure compliance with all local building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
  8. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, meeting notes, and approval records.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in project coordination, preferably in the luxury residential, resort, or hospitality development projects.
  • Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and furnishings.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent project management, time management, and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English is highly preferred.
