  • Ensure compliance with K3 procedures.
  • Prepare and submit weekly progress reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Review all engineering documents, technical specifications, and project requirements to ensure accuracy, compliance with standards, and alignment with project goals.
  • Coordinate with CAD drafters to prepare and review shop drawings, schematic diagrams, and as-built documentation.
  • Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of AV systems, ensuring all systems are fully operational and function as intended.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and professional communication to address project updates, requirements, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure K3 procedures are carried out in the operational work of team members.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive weekly progress reports for both internal management and clients, highlighting achievements, challenges, and next steps.

Compulsory Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on field experience in project management, preferably in AV systems, MEP, or related engineering fields.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project reporting tools.
  • Able to communicate and write in English (oral & written).
  • Living near Jakarta area.
  • Own personal vehicle for mobility.
