  • Project Coordination:
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and monitoring projects from inception to completion
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, task assignments, and deliverables
  • Track progress against timelines and milestones, identifying risks and facilitating resolutions
  • Stakeholder Communication:
  • Act as the central point of contact between internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors
  • Schedule and facilitate project meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting outcomes
  • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports
  • Prepare progress reports, highlighting achievements, risks, and mitigation strategies
  • Manage version control and documentation repositories for project-related files
  • Resource and Task Management:
  • Coordinate resource allocation and availability with team leads
  • Monitor team workload and productivity, ensuring deadlines are met without overburdening staff
  • Assist in onboarding new team members to project-specific tools and processes
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations
  • Collaborate with QA teams to plan and track testing cycles, reporting issues as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in fintech or software development
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other software development methodologies
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project)
  • Basic understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC)
  • Knowledge of fintech technologies, payment systems, or digital wallets is a plus
