Resposibilities :

Project Coordination:
a. Assist in planning, organizing, and monitoring projects from inception to
completion.
b. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, task assignments, and
deliverables.
c. Track progress against timelines and milestones, identifying risks and facilitating resolutions.

Stakeholder Communication:
a. Act as the central point of contact between internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors.
b. Schedule and facilitate project meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting outcomes.
c. Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals.

Documentation and Reporting:
a. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports.
b. Prepare progress reports, highlighting achievements, risks, and mitigation
strategies.
c. Manage version control and documentation repositories for project-related files.

Resource and Task Management:
a. Coordinate resource allocation and availability with team leads.
b. Monitor team workload and productivity, ensuring deadlines are met without overburdening staff.
c. Assist in onboarding new team members to project-specific tools and processes.

Quality Assurance:
a. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
b. Collaborate with QA teams to plan and track testing cycles, reporting issues as needed.

Requirements :
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in fintech or software development.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other software development methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project).
    - Basic understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC).
    - Knowledge of fintech technologies, payment systems, or digital wallets is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
