Job description

Project Coordinator will report to Group Head of Project Services

The Project Coordinator will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage the end-to-end execution of projects, starting from planning, design review, vendor coordination, and construction monitoring, up to the final handover. This position responsible to ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the key liaison between project stakeholders, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and milestones from pre-construction to completion.
  • Oversee and monitor on-site activities to ensure project progress aligns with the approved plan and budget.
  • Review technical documents and drawings to ensure feasibility and compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
  • Manage procurement processes in collaboration with the sourcing team.
  • Ensure quality control, risk mitigation, and issue resolution throughout the project life cycle.
  • Report regularly to senior management on project status, challenges, and key decisions.
  • Conduct project evaluations, documentation, and handovers upon completion.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or owner representative roles (experience in theme park, hospitality, or real estate
  • development is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, budgeting, vendor management, and project documentation.
  • Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel to various project locations across Indonesia.
