We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, organizing, and monitoring projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

Responsibilities
  1. Project Coordination:
    • Assist in planning, organizing, and monitoring projects from start to finish.
    • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, task assignments, and deliverables.
    • Track progress against timelines and milestones, identify risks, and facilitate resolutions.
  2. Stakeholder Communication:
    • Serve as the main contact point between internal teams, clients, and vendors.
    • Schedule and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document outcomes.
    • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
  3. Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports.
    • Prepare progress reports highlighting achievements, risks, and mitigation strategies.
    • Manage version control and documentation repositories.
  4. Resource and Task Management:
    • Coordinate resource allocation with team leads.
    • Monitor team workload and productivity to meet deadlines without overburdening staff.
    • Assist in onboarding new team members to project tools and processes.
  5. Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
    • Collaborate with QA teams to plan and track testing cycles and report issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in fintech or software development.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other software development methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project).
  • Basic understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC).
  • Knowledge of fintech technologies, payment systems, or digital wallets is a plus.
