Project Coordination:
- Assist in planning, organizing, and monitoring projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, task assignments, and deliverables.
- Track progress against timelines and milestones, identifying risks and facilitating resolutions.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as the central point of contact between internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors.
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting outcomes.
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports.
- Prepare progress reports, highlighting achievements, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Manage version control and documentation repositories for project-related files.
Resource and Task Management:
- Coordinate resource allocation and availability with team leads.
- Monitor team workload and productivity, ensuring deadlines are met without overburdening staff.
- Assist in onboarding new team members to project-specific tools and processes.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Collaborate with QA teams to plan and track testing cycles, reporting issues as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in fintech or software development.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other software development methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project).
- Basic understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC).
- Knowledge of fintech technologies, payment systems, or digital wallets is a plus.
