• Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any major. Discipline and organization skills matter most.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Project Control or similar coordination role.
• Core Strength: Exceptional proficiency in documentation and record-keeping.
• Tools: Expert command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and scheduling tools).

• Subcontractor Oversight: Coordinate and supervise subcontractor work to ensure quality and adherence to the schedule.
• On-Site Verification: Conduct regular site checks to verify working conditions and project progress against planned milestones.
• Administrative Flow: Manage and expedite all critical project administration processes and documentation.
