Job description

Job Requirements:

1. At least 5 years of working experience related to project management.
2. At least 8 years of telecommunication area working experience, including but not limited to wireless, transportation, fiber optic, etc.
3. Understanding of English and local language; proficiency in English communication.
4. College degree or above, majoring in telecommunications or computer-related fields.
5. Strong communication skills, good sense of teamwork, and strong organizational and coordination skills.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
7. Willing to work in Jakarta.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for ISP FO/OLT project progress and quality monitoring.
2. Analyze project progress versus plan and provide project monitoring dashboards.
3. Manage coordination with subcontractors, in-house teams, and Jakarta team to ensure valid and synchronized project report database.
4. Manage project implementation progress versus plan for indicated SOW.
5. Manage communication between subcontractors and Jakarta team.
6. Manage escalation processes from subcontractors and site engineers to project managers or project directors.
7. Provide on-field support if required.
