Job summary

Wood School Bali is seeking an experienced ITB alumnus to join an interdisciplinary team that blends biology, technology and other subjects into real-world projects for 11–17 year olds. You will lead end-to-end in a programme that connects science, society and ethics, building strong portfolios for international university pathways.

The role focuses on turning ambitious ideas into documented, credible projects, coordinating students, teachers and external partners, and ensuring measurable impact

Qualifications

• Preferred background: Industrial Engineering, FTI.
• 3–5 years of multidisciplinary project leadership.
• Strong English proficiency and documentation track record.
• Ability to build effective systems without unnecessary bureaucracy.

• Integrate biology, technology and other subjects into one coherent programme
• Establish objectives, milestones, responsibilities and deadlines
• Manage resources, budgets, risks and documentation
• Coordinate students, teachers, specialists and external partners
• Measure educational quality and project impact
• Develop university, research and industry partnerships
• Turn ambitious ideas into completed, documented and internationally credible projects

Preferred: 3–5 years of multidisciplinary project leadership, strong English, evidence of completed projects and the ability to build effective systems without unnecessary bureaucracy.
