Project based English Speaking Sales Supervisor Assistant (WFH available)

Responsibilities:

1. Learn by yourself via online tools for the basic understanding of the company’s product in technical and application dimensions. Participate in online seminars with the company’s marketing team for product knowledge training and Q&A for further understanding.
2. Generate the updated product brochure leaflet via email and communicate with the headquarter team to present the final product brochure accurately.
3. Organize and act as the knowledge power engine for the local team (sales and administration) to develop and improve product knowledge, including organizing online meetings and offline training sessions.
4. Participate in pre-planning and checking for potential customers; generate customer visiting plans and review them before and after visits; participate in the customer visiting process with marketing members and actively translate as needed.
5. Participate in the transmission process of commercial and technical documents, communicate with translation internally and externally, and review questions with management in weekly or bi-weekly meetings.
6. Organize and participate in weekly online meetings for planning and reviewing with local marketing members and headquarter management.
7. This position is project-based, not requiring daily office attendance, but may involve business trips with pre-planned schedules.
8. Other work content may arise over time; discussions will remain open.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Fluent in English as a working language; ability to understand English documents and translate them to Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbally.
2. Over 28 years old with a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a technical and/or commercial translator or similar work background.
3. Gender is not strictly limited, but good communication skills are preferred; ideally, female candidates, but males with strong inter-personal skills are also welcomed.
4. Bachelor's degree in English, foreign trade, or science and engineering with relevant knowledge in the field.
5. Engineer or sales background is preferred.
6. Ability to work under pressure and a desire for personal development are important.
7. Prospect for long-term employment is essential; short trial seekers will not be accepted.
